VII. Einsatz von Social Media Plugins

1. Social Media Plugins Facebook, Google+

We use the following social media plugins on our website: Facebook, Google+

a) For privacy reasons, we have deliberately decided not to use direct social media plugins on our website, so basically no data is automatically transmitted to the respective social network when our website is accessed. Instead, we use the so-called two-click solution. a) We include YouTube videos on our website. Provider of the Offer is YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. This is a subsidiary of Google LLC (“Google”), Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

b) Our website itself does not store videos. The retrieved YouTube videos are stored on https://www.youtube.com and are “embedded” in our website, so there is a possibility that they can be played directly on our website. By playing the video YouTube receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. This happens regardless of whether or not you have a user account on YouTube. 3. OpenStreetMap

a) We use on our website the offer OpenStreetMap, so called “Open Data” which are available according to the Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL). OpenStreetMap is operated by the OpenStreetMap Foundation (OSMF), 132 Maney Hill Road, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, B72, 1JU, United Kingdom, for the OSM community and provides maps for geographic information retrieval. The integrated map material is provided by a server of OSFM. There is a collection and storage of data, especially your IP address and other web server log files for statistical evaluation. VIII. E-Mail-Newsletter

  1. To protect our input forms, we use Google reCAPTCHA. ReCAPTCHA is a service of Google Inc., Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
  2. reCAPTCHA allows us to distinguish whether the particular processing operation is based on a human prompt or automated bot (so-called “bot”). By using reCAPTCHA, your IP address as well as other data related to your usage will be collected and stored by Google. Due to the IP anonymisation on our website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA).
